We want you to feel safe with us. We follow all recommendations of the World Health Organization (WHO), the Robert Koch Institute and the regulations of the health authorities to prevent the spread and transmission of diseases. We adhere to the prescribed hygiene measures in all areas of our hotel.
General, spacing and masks
Upon arrival, our guests must bring a negative COVID19 test, vaccination certificate or a certificate of Covid genesis with them.
Presentation of a negative PCR test, which must be carried out no more than 48 hours before the visit.
Provide a rapid antigen test performed by a healthcare professional no more than 24 hours prior to the visit.
You can also purchase a rapid antigen test on site (€ 5 contribution towards expenses) - this must be carried out on site.
If you are with us for longer than 48 hours, another negative test must be submitted.
Vaccinated persons and genesis are exempt from the obligation to test. Please bring your vaccination certificate or proof of a positive PCR test that is no longer than 6 months but at least 28 days old.
Our guests must wear FFP2 masks in the corridors and in public areas.

At check-in, all guests are informed of the hygiene regulations.
All guests and employees are asked to avoid direct contact and to maintain a safety distance of 1.5 meters in all hotel areas.
The number of people who can use the elevator is limited. Alternatively, use the stairs!
In addition to the current hygiene measures and instructions, all employees were trained with information on Covid-19.
Guests with symptoms of illness are asked to call a doctor and stay in the room.
